Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Location: Nashua, NH

Job Description:

  • Responsible for front desk reception and conference room areas as needed – answering phones, greeting clients, mail and shipping processing, file/record management, archiving/scanning, general office clean up and supply stocking.
  • Assist with binding of financial related reports
  • Learn tax return assembly and E-file processing
  • Learn accounts payable and accounts receivable invoice data entry and processing
  • Assist with deposits and office supply requisitioning
  • Learn time management system, including client and project set up and maintenance and time entry processing
  • Provide support to accountants as needed and requested
  • Handle special projects, including mail merge processing, as needed and incidental tasks for the firm in general as needed


  • College degree or relevant business experience and education (3-5 years)
  • Good work ethic, service driven, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take on responsibility and work independently
  • Confidence to work with initiative, develop technical skills, and a desire to learn
  • Strong computer skills; Excel, Word (including mail merge processing), scheduling through Outlook
  • Ability to stand for periods of time at copier machines and compiling desk
